Intro to Pole Dance, A 2-Hour Beginner’s Workshop, is designed for the complete newcomer. Pole can be an incredibly fun, liberating, exciting, and challenging activity so your first step is important! This workshop is the perfect starting point if you are curious and want to explore what pole fitness is all about (try it out). This workshop is also great for those who want to dive all in to an amazing new hobby!
We will cover all the basics: principles of pole fitness, what you need to know to get started (attire, equipment, grips, pole-care, cross training, continuing training, education), lead you through a full Pole 101 class from warm up to cool down, and finish with a Q+A session.
Stepping into a pole class for your first time can be intimidating so join fellow pole enthusiasts and newbies as we embark on this journey together!

What to Wear
Form-fitted shorts and tank tops/sports bras recommended. Barefeet. Do not apply lotions/oils before class and remove all jewelry.
