Why Yoga? Yoga is a practice that clarifies, balances, and unites your body, mind and spirit. The work aligns you with your true nature. We align the physical body with postures that optimize strength, flexibility and awareness. Prana, our life force energy, can then move more freely throughout the body. As our breath body flows, we are able to control thoughts, ease the mind, and focus. We sit in meditation and unite fully with the Universal Divine present within and without.
Background: Lindsey began yoga in 2003 to balance athletic training. Her journey has been healing and transformative on all levels and a practice which harmonizes body, mind, will, and spirit. Lindsey loves connecting, teaching, and empowering others. She believes wisdom comes from within. Meditate. Live your passions. Do what you love. The universe is unlimited. Lindsey received her 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Recognized Teacher Training from Hot8Yoga and currently instructs at Hot8Yoga and Crunch Fitness Los Angeles and Burbank. She specializes in Power, Vinyasa, Yin, and meditation.
