Why Yoga? Yoga is a practice that clarifies, balances and unites our mind, body and spirit. The work aligns us with our nature. We harmonize the physical body with postures that optimize strength, flexibility and awareness. Our life force energy can then move more freely. As our breath body flows, we are able to process thoughts. The mind balances and can focus. We sit in meditation, explore inner wisdom and unite fully with the divine present within and without.
Background I began yoga in ‘03 to balance athletic training. My journey has been healing and transformative on all levels and a practice which harmonizes body, mind, will and spirit. In addition to my personal practice, I enjoy sharing the tradition with others.
