People come to me for advice, but I don’t give advice. Instead, I reflect what’s already present in someone through careful listening, clear perception and precise verbal feedback. This process helps them organize and understand their thoughts.

Through intentionally held space and skilled mirroring, I help people see beyond their own mental blind spots. With new insight and perspective, they gain clarity to move forward, breaking through what once felt like stagnation.

Hi, I’m Lindsey. I guide wisdom-led, heart-centered leaders when the path ahead is unclear.

As a graduate of Public Health from Johns Hopkins, health is my number one value. With a love for learning and teaching, I’m committed to fostering thriving for individuals, couples and collectives.

I combine my experience as an intuitive and consultant to direct people toward their own internal alignment. I’ve empowered hundreds of individuals and dozens of founders to discover clarity and direction. In addition to bringing individuals into deeper connection with themselves, I connect people and communities.

In my early years, I was a dedicated student-athlete and started my career in finance. Over the past 20 years, I’ve followed my passion for well-being and authentic human connection to inspire and guide.
